I am relieved to see Donald Trump elected as the 47th American president. If America is to have any chance to regain its greatness, or even just weather the turbulent times of the coming years, it needs a bold leader who is not afraid to make radical changes. Looking at his team, I am cautiously optimistic.
Half of America is elated, positive, hopeful and giddy, while the smaller half is suffering from a mental breakdown, depression, despair and deep resentment. The bigger half believes that reason prevailed, the minority believes that democracy have been lost. How can we reconcile? For the past three administrations Americans were promised that the divide will be healed, only to see it continuously getting worse. The right won, but it would be delusional to think that the culture war is over. Peace has a prerequisite: JUSTICE. Healing cannot happen until the festering wounds are cleared of the corrupt, leftist puss.
The picture and quote above are of Benjamin Ferencz, the last surviving prosecutor of the Nurenberg trials.
Trials were an essential part of the peace then, and so they are today. American society cannot heal without the proper administration of justice.
It shouldn’t be vengeance, it shouldn’t be retribution, it shouldn’t be lawfare; it MUST be justice.
The biggest mistake of the first Trump presidency was not doing what should have been done. Hillary should have been locked up. Obama should have been impeached for spying on the Trump campaign. The media should have been sued for slandering the president.
The problem of the first Trump presidency was the simple fact that Trump is actually a very nice guy, a very decent person without any vindictiveness. He wants to be liked; he wants to do good and he is fiercely loyal to the American people. Make America Great Again is not a slogan but his earnest desire. You may dislike his style, you may disagree with some of his policies and decisions (as I do), but it is fundamentally dishonest to project ill-will into him.
The essence of this projection is in this meme:
We are in a culture war of visions for the future of humanity and the left is fighting dirty. They are doing everything they are accusing their opponents with. Blatant lies, propaganda, slander, misinformation, censorship and lawfare.
All of it should be investigated, prosecuted and appropriately punished. Let me say it again:
Not as acts of vengeance, but to clean the poison from the culture war,
to set the ground for peace and respectful disagreement.
Those who were wronged must be made whole. Edward Snowden and Julian Assange shouldn’t be just pardoned, rehabilitated and compensated, but every person who were instrumental in their ordeal should be tried and jailed. The people who attacked Donald Trump should be prosecuted not for slandering him, but to make clear that false accusations are not just an attack on the president, but on the office of the presidency itself.
Election integrity
Setting things right is not enough. Electoral reforms could ensure the integrity of future elections, but they should be done with the full exposure of misdeeds of the 2020 election. What is needed, is a proper team of criminal investigators. In his documentary, 2000 mules, Dinesh DiSouza raises some very important questions about the integrity of the 2020 presidential election. Every one of those mules can be identified and interrogated.
Several cases challenging the obvious election fraud were thrown out of court without anybody even looking at the evidence that was ready to be presented.
It can be said, and I am sure it will be, á la Hillary Clinton: “what difference, at this point does it make?”
It won’t change any results, but it can make all the difference. Conclusively proving fraud allegations should be the foundation for the kind of reforms – like voter ID, on day and on paper voting – that could rebuild trust in the system.
A team of investigators and prosecutors could walk up the chain of command through offering plea-deals to low level players to give evidence and testimony against actual decision makers; then those should be prosecuted VERY PUBLICLY.
The media
Every single media personality who provably lied on air should be sued both personally and as a representative of their news organizations.
I would love to see a mass action of Donald Trum initiating civil cases against the slanderers to bankrupt them, then use the proceeds to set up a foundation to promote responsibility in journalism, giving out prizes and grants. I don’t think it would be difficult to find lawyers doing this for him. It won’t even need much of personal participation. This could be his present to Joe Scarborough and the ladies of The View (if you can call them that). Let me say it again: the MSM should be bankrupted by civil lawsuits over their lies.
Social media
Social media played a pivotal role in the last three elections What they did was clearly interference. They should be investigated and sued.
For the past several years, we lived (and living) in a world where twenty-something no-nothings can censor, fact-check and even cancel credentialed scientists if their view do not fit the approved narratives. The door must be opened to allow people who have been harmed by social media companies to sue for damages.
If they are a platform, if they are the public square, they should have no right to interfere with the freedom of expression. If they are private spaces, if they are publishers, then they must take responsibility for every one of their decisions and actions. Social media companies caused very real harm to many people. They have to be held responsible. (My personal views are expressed in more detail in my post: Censorship)
The NGOs
George Soros, through his Open Society Foundation are financing hundreds of so-called ‘grassroot’ organizations. Come spring, I’m sure they will crawl out from under their stones again. BLM and antifa riots caused Billions of dollars in damages. In some cases, they were organized with the help of NGOs, who were providing material support like signs, busing and, according to some claims, even bricks to throw.
All of this should be investigated and if guilt is found, the NGO’s who financed them should be made to pay for the damages. It’s not that they cannot afford it.
In many cities, the police were ordered to stand down, to NOT interfere with the riots. In any such case, the decision makers should be held responsible.
The deep state
The January 6th ‘riots’ were the biggest entrapment operation in law enforcement history. The actors can be easily identified. They were the ‘unindicted co-conspirators.’ It seems that all federal law and order agencies were represented by undercover operatives. Every one of them should investigated.
Every one of the deep state agencies should be thoroughly investigated and cleansed .
Politics
The unprecedented level of illegal immigration during the Biden administration was no accident. It had to be planned. Billions of taxpayer dollars were spent on financing criminal activities in close cooperation with actual criminal gangs.
NGOs were paid handsomely by the Biden administration for their cooperation in breaking the law.
The Free Press examined three of the most prominent NGOs that have benefited: Global Refuge, Southwest Key Programs, and Endeavors, Inc. These organizations have seen their combined revenue grow from $597 million in 2019 to an astonishing $2 billion by 2022, the last year for which federal disclosure documents are available. And the CEOs of all three nonprofits reap more than $500,000 each in annual compensation, with one of them—the chief executive of Southwest Key—making more than $1 million.
They were active participants in human trafficking.
Listen to this conversation with an insider.
Some ‘communities’ were bribed to accept them. A lot of money was wasted or stolen.
This whole fiasco should be investigated and a whole lot of people should go to jail.
Yes, they were paid by the government, but no, that still does not make it legal. Or democratic for that matter. Kamala Harris was officially responsible for it. Her responsibility is criminal. She should not be allowed to go unburdened by the has been.
Just think about it: not only did your country get invaded creating a scarcity pushing up prices on everything, but you also paid for it with borrowed money that you eventually have to pay back with interest.
If you read this blog, you must know how seriously I am preoccupied with the questions of responsibility. I made the observation several times, that:
“No crime was ever punished that has been perpetrated under the protective mantle of state.”
This has to change if we want to find peace and justice. The “I was just following orders” excuse no longer works for war crimes. The “I was only working on behalf of the government” excuse should be treated the same way.
In retrospect, the Biden administration was just a series of crimes against the constitution, against the international order, against humanity and the American people.
It started with the rigged election;
followed by the January 6th entrapment operation;
the colossal mismanagement and corruption in the COVID response;
the criminal population replacement of the open borders;
the Sam Bankman-Fried money laundering operation;
the provoking of and support for the Ukraine proxy war
…. and these are just some of the obviously criminal ones;
…. and I am sure that I missed a few.
Let’s consider the withdrawal from Afghanistan. Seven billion dollars’ worth of military hardware was left behind that have to be replaced.
Now, let’s suppose that some evidence surfaces to show that leaving all that hardware behind was not an accident. Even of no such evidence is found, where is the line between criminal negligence and outright corruption?
As I am writing this, I learned that Biden pardoned his son. Not only pardoned him, but provided him with a blanket immunity from prosecution for any of the crimes he “committed or may have committed” “from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024.
Leading me to my last point.
I wanted to say that ‘law and order’ is a great concept, but only if it is enforced consistently and without prejudice, but I also think that punishment is not as important as proving the guilt beyond any reasonable doubt.
The point of me listing these affronts to justice is the simple fact that I cannot be absolutely certain. None of us can be unless the facts are proven. Hunter Biden does not have to sit in jail for the whole world to know every detail of his every crime.
He, and the entire family should be investigated and if it is warranted, his father retroactively impeached.
What matters, is not the punishment, but the legacy.
America needs to heal and justice is the only thing that can make it happen.

Spot on. Unfortunately, there are MANY corrupt judges now so even with good prosecutors the bad walk free and the good get convicted (e.g., Judge Merchan and the political trial performed against DOJ and NY state jurisprudence rules.) These politically-motivated criminals couldn't be honestly tried in WDC, NY, IL, CA, OR or WA (and even Georgia is suspect, e.g. Fanni) >:(
