Getting the Bidens is easier than you think….
Let me start with the obvious:
The pardon must be honored.
It is a presidential prerogative that should not be questioned. This was not a pardon, but a blanket immunity for crimes not yet discovered or proved.
The pardon is not for Hunter, but for Joe himself. He wants to proactively shut down all investigations into the business of the Biden crime family syndicate.
Biden’s attitude is revolting and desperate at the same time. This case does not have to be over and I would be surprised if it was. Here is how it could be handled:
The new FBI should start a sweeping investigation and talk to everybody involved. A pardon for a crime does not mean that it cannot be further investigated. They should build a solid case against the whole Biden family corruption business. My guess is that half of the work is already done.
In the meantime, the new attorney general of the United States could invite Hunter Biden for a friendly conversation that should be recorded. It could go something like this:
Mr. Biden, let us assure you that we intend to respect your pardon unconditionally.
We do, however, expect you to cooperate with our investigation into the crimes that this pardon extends to. Such cooperation is expected in any plea-bargain, and so it should be with pardons and immunity agreements. This will be our legal position in the court. As we are talking here, several investigators are collecting information about the already known and possible crimes that you don’t need to worry about. You got a pardon.
Unfortunately for you, there are other people involved and we may need your help in prosecuting them. We may ask you to come to court to testify about them and about your interactions with them.
We would, for example, like to ask many questions about the unidentified co-conspirator of yours, usually referred to as “the BIG guy”You will be testifying under oath and most likely cross-examined on your testimony. You may be asked about your own criminal activities, but you will be able to talk about them freely, as you have been pardoned already. For the same reason, you will not be able to invoke your 5th amendment rights, as you cannot possibly incriminate yourself. You have been pardoned already.
You will be expected to speak freely and honestly. If we catch you on a lie, you will be charged with perjury. If you refuse to answer a question, you will be charged with contempt of court.
Since your ‘pardon’ does not extend to the future, you may go to jail for that.
The funny thing about criminal perjuries and contempt is that each instance will count as a separate felony. You may easily beat Trump’s 34.
You will find it to be in your best interest to cooperate.
We cannot punish you for anything you say, but we can for lying or for not answering questions. It's a no-brainer. You can give us your partners, or spend the rest of your life in jail for protecting them.
So, when would you like to start with your deposition?
Biden’s pardon is opening the door wide open to force his son to testify against him.
With the pardon he has no ground to refuse to answer any question about anybody involved in the corruption racket.
All you lawyers out there can tell me what is wrong with this legal approach.
The rest of you can also do that, of course. You can also share this with anybody who is wondering what can be done.
Let me say again, that I don’t want to see Biden in jail. He is a demented old man and by the time a case could get anywhere, he will be too far gone to understand where he is.
What I would like to see is this: a criminal trial followed by a retroactive impeachment trial.
After all this, I would like to see is him a getting presidential pardon with one condition: standing in front of the camera, acknowledging guilt, expressing remorse and an apology to the American people.
I think it would be a cathartic moment for the American people, a start of healing the national divide and even the rebirth of the democratic party.
But what can I say? I’m a dreamer. (No, not that kind. I came here as an adult)
One more question for you: if a something along the lines of what I suggested above happens, what would be the probability (in %) of Hunter Biden getting suicided?

I am relieved to see Donald Trump elected as the 47th American president. If America is to have any chance to regain its greatness, or even just weather the turbulent times of the coming years, it needs a bold leader who is not afraid to make radical changes. Looking at his team, I am cautiously optimistic.
I am not a lawyer, so when I wrote this post, I was using only common sense suggesting that this pardon can backfire big time on the Bidens.
It seems that Alan Dershowitz thinks the same.
How much of a chance is there that it will happen?

That would be a sane way to proceed with such an investigation, but you forget the degree of utter corruption that pervades DC. Who would investigate these people? Who would prosecute them? Trump is obviously a false controlled opposition and is in on the whole thing. I no longer think anything good of any of his cabinet/etc. picks I used to like. Gabbard is a swamp monster. Musk is a swamp monster. The Pauls are swamp monsters, and were all in on everything from the beginning even as they pretended to speak against it. They were just decoys to out folks like us. This will not get any better. There is only one solution here, and people are too cowardly to start it, and even if not, would still be too dumb to execute it properly.
