Extrajudicial censorship proves that there’s no rule of law, no due process:
1. No bylaws issued by freely elected representatives of the people but by lawyers defending corporate vested interests
2. No right to opt-out of certain rules and join like-minded communities, who don’t want to be “safe-guarded” (don’t need a corporate baby-sitter)
3. No declaration of rights, procedures and potential punishment for each type of rule/case
4. No proportionality principle between the violation and the punishment
5. No presumption of innocence
6. No charges, no listing of which exact laws were broken (“terms and conditions”, “community guidelines”, etc.)
7. No explanation of why they were broken
8. No right to any defense, least legal defense
9. No right to a fair trial in a court, least a legal one
10. No impartial judge and jury (the judge and jury is the employee of the censoring corportation!)
11. No right to a reasoned judiciary ruling
12. No jail-time (time-off the social network), but direct execution of your e-persona (banned)
13. No e-property rights: all contacts, followers, managed groups and content are blocked or erased, not just the one in question
