Sometimes I have to wonder: Does Joe Biden have no legal advisers, or are the pardons he was instructed to sign are just elaborate means to completely destroy him?
The legal principle behind charging people who help known criminals cover up their crimes after the fact is known as "aiding and abetting" or being an "accessory" to the crime. This principle holds that individuals who assist, support, or encourage someone in the commission of a crime can be held criminally liable, even if they were not directly involved in the criminal act itself.
For example, if someone provides financial support, advice, or takes actions to help a criminal evade capture or conceal evidence, they can be charged with aiding and abetting. The key elements are that the person must have a conscious intent to help the criminal act be done and must take some action or say something that incites, encourages, or assists the criminal.
This principle is designed to deter people from helping criminals get away with their crimes and to hold accountable those who contribute to the success of criminal activities. (source: Bingchat)
Didn’t anybody tell him the difference between a pardon and immunity? Not only can his pardons be challenged in court, but he can be charged with aiding and abetting for every single count of the potential charges against the people he pardoned. He could easily surpass the meager count of the 34 felonies of Donald Trump; and those counts would be real, unlike the ones for Trump.
It could be argued that these pardons for unspecified crimes are part of an elaborate conspiracy that definitely amount to the “High crimes and misdemeanors” needed for an impeachment. The democrats created the precedent for post-presidency impeachments, so nobody should be surprised if Biden got impeached over the pardons.
All of which in turn begs for the questions:
What were the people putting in front of him the pardons to sign thinking?
That it will go unnoticed?
Were the pardons timed to be overshadowed by the outrage of the democrat and MSM over the day-one executive orders?
Were they deliberately designed to invite impeachment?
Are they deliberately designed to destroy his legacy?
To rally whatever is left of the LEFT against the ‘vindictiveness’ of Trump and to delegitimize any investigation into the Biden crime family corruption?
As
points out in his post talking about Fauci:is missing the point saying:His pardon— back to 2014— can be considered strong evidence that the Biden administration knows he is responsible for the COVID19 pandemic. As time advances, and Rand Paul’s investigation continues— hopefully retrieving the Gmail messages— the true picture will be known.
Fauci is now 84 years old.
Mercy might suggest he not face criminal prosecution - which could even include an imprisonment that would lead him to be separated from his family in his last years.
The point is NOT to lock up Fauci, the point is to set the records straight.
The same could be said for the rest of the criminals, with one caveat: total and unconditional cooperation with the investigation. An admission of their guilt, to create the public record. We have to know in detail the crimes they were pardoned for. ‘Mercy’ does not suggest that we should forget about the crimes of Dr. Mengele.
In a previous post, There can be no peace without justice, I touched on the subject already.
I made the point that the pardon should stand, but without the fifth amendment protection in any investigation or hearing. Every single person who was ‘pardoned’ without a guilty verdict or even an indictment against them should be thoroughly investigated and interrogated as the pardon itself is the clearest indication that they have committed some sort of crime. If they were innocent, there would have been nor reason for the pardon. Justice requires a record.
They should go through a very public trial with the understanding that a guilty verdict will be immediately expunged. If they refuse to cooperate, that is obstruction of justice. If they lie, that is perjury. If they refuse to answer a question in court, that is contempt of court. These new crimes will not be covered by the pardon and they should be punished for it harshly. Let’s say $100,000 or one year in jail for each instance.
This, however still leaves us with the crimes of the Big Guy, who clearly cannot pardon himself.
A possible aspect of these investigations could be the finding of evidence of his criminal behaviour. If such evidence is found (likely with the ‘help’ of those he pardoned), he should be indicted for:
Corruption using his position to extort money from Ukraine and China with the help of his family
The stolen election of 2020 and the J6 entrapment
Trying to cover it all up with the abuse of the presidential pardons
He should be indicted and/or impeached (as we learned from the democrats, that’s quite possible).
I am sure that the American people could live with that. Having his crimes properly exposed, even most democrats would be happy to see justice done.
And that is the moment when we should show clemency.
The price of clemency should be honesty and repentance. By that time we will reach this point, he probably won’t even remember his own name and the times when he was eating ice-cream with the cackling Cornpop.
But the records of his crimes should be his legacy. He should be remembered not only as the most incompetent, but also the most corrupt of all American presidents.

The fifth amendment on self-incrimination
“No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”
Biden was a useful idiot. His handlers have all the brains and money. Yes, he is complicit in carrying out their plans for world domination and should be punished. However, the head of the snake is still navigating the past through the swamps to its final destination. Kill the snake, kill the threat.
A well thought-out article ZtH-I agree on how to proceed against those pre-crime pardons. However, noting the response to DJTrump and EMusk during/after the inauguration, I think this line is wishful thinking (sadly, TDS is still VERY alive and well in 20-30% of Dem people's minds, and the MSM anti-Trump zealots will hammer any trials as lawfare to steer the weak-of-mind towards opposition:
"...even most democrats would be happy to see justice done"
